rheem modulating T-stat warranty

Does anybody know what the warranty period is on the Rheem contour comfort T-stat (model 41-24312-04)? It has some missing segments on the LCD, and am wondering what my options are on replacing it.

The part should have a 5 year warranty from original installation.
