Tilt "Sputnik" to the left a little. There, that's better. Pitch looks good.

Is that one of those cyclone deals to eliminate air on the right in yellow? If so how do you like them.

that is a 2" spiro-vent air eliminator made by spirotherm. it is a micro bubble absorber.all it is inside is a tight mesh of wire and the air gets caught in and sent to the top like any hy-vent.

valves at the pumps--flow checks ---do not hold //everything gets wet when you have to replace them

What are those green things that are above each pump that has the pumps water going into the bottom and then going out the copper on the side?

I like the extra stub for zone expansion if ever needed, good forethought.

Nice work on both "TWIN BOILERS".
A few questions:
1.) why one have spirovent and the other has a standard air purger? (because of cost?)
2.) one threaded, one welded? (again cost?)
3.) is the expansion tank in the middle of the boilers?
