Gents:

I have a old Trane CVHE that is sittting in a riggers yard. I was going to demo the copper tubes for some $$. anyone ever sell a chiller for scrap???

It is only worth the copper value ,3-4k and whatever scrap steel is right now, I think like 20 cents a pound.

Theres a few companies around that might buy it i it runs. Chillco, Entech, American Chiller area few that come to mind. They use old chillers for rentals.

Torch, sawzall and some elbow grease, and you can make good money off an old machine.
