Due to water leak, our coil needs to be replaced. We were given option 1&2 by one vendor and option 3 by another vendor:
1) new coil
2) new coil Bryant CNPVP4821ATA and new A/C Bryant 123ANA048000 for $ more
3) Carrier 58CVA090-16 2 stage variable speed furnace, Carrier 24ANA148A003 2 stage 21 SEER a/c, Carrier C60 coil and Carrier infinity control for yet another $ less $1k rebate and $1.5k tax credit
We are in the suburb of Washington DC in a 7 year old house. This is for the ground floor and basement which are 2500 sqft each. We went with option 2 configuration when the same thing happened to our upper level unit in May but thought we like your advices this 2nd time around.
Thank you
