Need some help

Hey guys I have a small delima here it goes.

I have a 5 wire control that's not programmable I will post a pic of it below:


I want to upgrade it to the one to the right. how ever the layout is totally different and I don't want to fry anything. any tips just to make sure everything it right would help thanks!

Ok the one on the left is the current one it reads

The New one on the right Reads:

Rh #### Rc ##### W ##### Y ###### G
