Can an Honeywell IAQ cause the coils to freeze up if not set up right?

Suppose it's possible. More info on your end would get you some actual useful information from this end though.
Unless this is DIY.

The dehumidify on demand feature of the IAQ could if airflow drops enough.

I am getting quotes on a Trane XV95, cleaneffects filter & 2.5 ton XR14. No DIY. I just want to educate myself so I know all the right questions to ask & what to look for. It seems after looking at many posts that many techs don't know how to set up the IAQ properly. I have done all the HVAC-calc's for my area.
