Not really just tryin to help out without the VSD drive book in front of you it difficult to troubleshoot also fault that he is describing low motor current is not in the listing for faults which tends me to believe that it is going into pre-charge but never starts indicating compressor is not running or compressors I think there is a problem with the trigger board they have had numerous failures with that board due to lighting and brown outs if that board has all the power to the proper connections and power on L1 , L2 , L3 it is dead.
