Trane Rebates

I am just about to have a new Trane put in and I am hearing that Trane is going to start a fall promotion in Sept .


Does anyone know what it is going to be ?

What part of the country are you in. American Standard(same thing as Trane) is running rebates all summer long clear through november in the KC area.

If I remember right, last year it was first week in Sept. (I think the 6th) and in my case it was $600, so definitely worth waiting. I beleive the important date is CONTRACT signing/purchase date, not necessarily the install date....

Update: Found the form from last Fall.

purchased between 08/28/2008 (Thursday) and 10/29/2008 and installed by 11/12/2008

I am in Arkansas . Putting in a 16 seer package unit .

I'm in NW Arkansas and just put in a York DFHP under summer rebates. You are looking at packaged unit (why is that) so my rebate would be much higher due to DFHP, 18 SEER and some extra IAQ units. Where are you located? I was really happy with the distributor Hawkins out of Fort Smith. They do a lot of commercial, York and maybe other brands.

I am looking at package unit to replace a package unit . To much trouble to go to a split system .

I live in Knoxville , about 10 miles east of Clarksville .
