prewiring a thermostat to heat pump question

Hi, I need to bid/prewire a home for a Trane XL600 thermostat to a XR14 heat pump and a 4TEE3F40 air handler with heat strips. Does this use 5 or 8 wire and do I need to include connecting of all three components?

Thanks for saving me time since I need to pull the power anyway.
