Goodman packaged heat pump compressor noise?

:mad:ok,i have had my 4 ton Goodman packaged heat pump for about a year now,just recently i have noticed a vibrating/surging sound comming from the compressor,i do have a video on youtube if u need a video visual look at it.so please healp it is 104 degrees farenheit and i dont need another unit to die on me! it is a 2008 model with a copeland scroll compressor and R22 freon.
