Electronic filter Noisy?

Hello everyone, I have an Aprilaire 5000 I installed about 6 mnths ago, cust. calls me and complains the filter is making a buzzing noise, now when I initially wired it in I used a relay 51 and it worked fine, anyone ever experience something like this? Thanks in advance for any input guys.

Have you actually gone out and listened to it?

Actually I haven't but when the customer called me I could hear the buzz as he put his phone up against the Elect. Filter.

Maybe its a transformer that maybe in the immediate area of the EAC, or the popping, snapping of the dust hitting the plates within the EAC doing what itis supposed to do.

Air flow through a seal will make the noise. Door not seated properly. Have had the problem before.
