I have a Heil NUCK100DH08 HVAC unit. As of yesterday the air flow stopped working. I checked the cooling unit and it is working both outside and the coil area is very cold with much condensation on the outside panels. The blower in the base of the unit is working and if I take the access panel off and push the door access button it starts and stops as it should. I can tell there is some air flow here, but as I go to the vents around the home there is none. Is there a vent or louver of sorts that I need to have fixed that is not allowing the air flow up through the cooling coils and to the home, or do you believe that even though the blower is working it is operating at such a reduced rate that no significant air is circulating.

Have you changed/cleaned your air filter lately.

If its clean, or new.
Time to call a contractor.

We did put a new air filter in. The old one was about 2 months old. About an hour ago I turned off the cooling unit, but left the fan on. What was barely perceptable air flow coming through the vents, now seems to be better noticeable air flow. It is still far from what it normally is, but it seems to be getting better.
As you mentioned I do need to get a pro out here, but it is Sunday and 90 degrees so I need to hold it over for a day until I can get to the work week. Can the air flow actually freeze shut? That is why I turned off the cooling and was hoping I can melt any freezing off by just using the fan. Even if this works for now I assume something is wrong and it will just repeat so I need to get a tech out to rplace a sensor or something.

Yes, the coil can freeze up and restrict air flow.

And yes, you'll need a tech to check it. Not always good to run a unit when it freezes up. It could damage the compressor, and cost your more money yet, to replace the compressor, then what a Sunday service call would cost.
