Other than what the Gov't is offering is Carrier offering anything above and beyound what our Gov't is offering ? I lokked thru out the Internet and never seem to be able to find anything about rebates offers from Carrier so I figured I would ask here ?

Carrier incentives are overwith by this time of summer. The time to hit them up for a rebate is spring. My last years rebate for my Carrier AC install ended around July 1st.
If you're replacing your heater, then likewise, don't wait until the cold weather and then expect rebates.

I believe they were extended this year through the end of August.
