Can anyone recommend someone in Dallas to install a few extra roof vents at the top of the roofline? Any general idea on how much $ it should cost? We have three 9" vents and I'd like to double that. The ceiling isn't sealed well enough for a powered vent so just want passive.
I have tried everything else to get the temp in my attic down (where the air handler is): radiant barrier, extra eave vents, leaving the attic stairs down...but its still 130 in there. I know this is more of a roofing question than an HVAC question, but I figured that someone here might be able to make a referral. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post it in the forum.
