hoshizaki ice machine KM 250BAF does not cool/freeze to form ice

my KM ice machine, about 4 years old, Serial #p04743m, last week, stopped working with one long beep alarm. i reset many times and changed DIP switches, but not working properly. rear coil gets hot after reset for a few minutes, and fan started blowing, but the rear coil gets quickly cools down, and cool air blows out, not hot air which i expected. compressor gets hot easily, but water dropping inside is not cold/freezing but rather warm...

Sounds like it is time to call a service company.

There is no DIY permitted here.

this is a freon issue. Even without DIY rules, we can't help you. It would take a tech on-site to figure it out
