TRANE guru's: Which 410a coil will slide into a older TWE AHU?

The trane parts dept & tech support is useless.
I have 2 systems with condnenser & evaps leaking.
I would like to replace evaps with 410a type.
And pop in some new 410a condensers.

I am sure trane has a 410a evap coil from a different model that will slide right in.
Just need to know which one.

What are the cabinet widths and heights of the existing air handlers?
I'm to lazy to look it up. ;)

Assuming that my guess that the 048 air handler is a 23.5" inches wide and 58" tall, and the 060 is 26 inches wide and 63" tall, you would need coils from the current variable speed air handlers to slide into those existing air handlers.

If the existing TWE048P is 26" wide, the coil from a 4TEE3F49 will slide into it.

The current non VS 4 and 5 ton air handlers have the newer vortica blower and a different coil than was used before, so I doubt the coils from them would be a direct replacement. I'm pretty sure the coils in the VS air handlers are the only ones that are still unchanged.

i find it very hard to believe that 2 trane condensor coils are leaking at the same house as it is very rare for a trane condensor to have a leak as to the evap coils a replacement coil only has a 1 year parts warranty and probably a90 day labor warranty a new air handler has a ten year parts warranty

You are a "professional member", which usually indicates that you do this for a living. I will also assume that you can get the equipment at cost or very close and do the install yourself, thereby saving the labor and other costs associated with installation. Most replacement coils cost the same or in some cases even more than a new air handler. So why would you waste your money on a coil that will have a 1 year warranty? And 2 Trane condensers and coils leaking in the same house? C'mon. Dig a little deeper. Maybe a lineset or bad weld. I don't think I've had 2 Trane leakers in the last 2 years, much less in the same house.

In my area 90% of the leaking condenser coils are Trane.
Its the same 3/8" pipe that is on the outside and goes underneath the coil into the inside of the coil. Guaranteed everytime.

The air handlers are in attics and will be a LOT of work to replace, for which the HO does not want to pay for.

I thought it was on your own system. 1 of the 2 leaks I've had in the last 2 years was on the same spot. I went to Trane and they gave me the little repair kit. No real need to replace the unit, unless it took out the compressor. It seemed to have fixed it at this point. I don't know why they don't put a little bit of armaflex in that area.
