Can anyone help me out with a name or number of someone in the Des Moines Iowa area that services Climate Master systems?
I have been trying to get the guy who installed it in 2004 to come look at it since January. The problem started with an FP1 fault in the heating mode, I tried the cooling mode and it gave me an FP2 fault. I checked the resistance of both the FP1 and FP2 thermistors and the appear within the range of chart in the owners manual. I replaced them anyway and the unit ran in cooling without tripping a fault, but it iced up. I've sent emails and left messages to Climate Master and local distributors, but no one gets back to me and I cannot seem to get to a real person to talk to.
Does anyone have any suggestions, or know someone in the area? Thank you very much for your time
