Any opinions about an All Style all in one ASFM plenum coil for a horizontal installation?

Thanks

Pure junk, pretty much guaranteed to have uneven air flow and air temperature entering the ducts since there is little to no air mixing after the air passes through the coil.
Replace it with a real coil and plenum.

I'm by no means an expert, but I do have two of those things as part of our current system. My wife had our house was built in 1999, and I married her in 2001. Sometime in late 2001 we had soemone come in to do an annual service / PM call and that's the first time I remember being told that our stuff was "junk". One of them was replaced by a home warranty in 2003 with an indentical piece of "junk".

Every year we have someone come and do PM on the systems, and every year without fail they have commented on home builders and how wrong it is for them to install such "junk".

Thankfully, we're finally able to get both complete units replaced this year and we'll finally have good stuff so the service guys don't rag on us about how crappy our A/C's are.
