New 5-story Theater in N. Seattle. 21 Line Sets through 3 stories. Over 6,000 feet of pipe and armaflex. We live 4 hours away and (the blame has yet to be claimed) were sent to the job 2 weeks after the piping was supposed to be COMPLETED. Needless to say, it was 6+ weeks of working 5/12's (and 2 - 3/12's over Christmas) just to keep the other trades from eating our boots. In the whole building, we had 2 leaks (nitrogen pinholes) and all systems held 450+ lbs of nitrogen for a week. All vac'd and held 500 microns or less for 30 min.

Wow, neat job! And only 2 pinhole leaks? Impressive!

That looks like a fun job to do!... well minus the long hours. Bet the paychecks were good though.

Did you guys insulate it too? Not sure what is normal, I've seen 50/50 insulating yourself or having some insulators doing it.

How did you pinpoint where those two pinhole leaks were with all that piping? Work looks nice and neat.

I've done my fair share of similar jobs, and that's some clean looking work you guys have done there.

450 lbs of nitrogen threw a pin hole can be heard quite clearly
ear protection might even be a good idea haha.

21 split systems? Wouldn't a chiller or loop heat pump be an easier way?
