What Happened ? Was makin ice fine just leaking bad @water regulator.
All I did was change the water valve on the condenser,cleaned it , sani it.turned it on now I get between that 6.00and 7.00 minutes and it cycles into harvest .It runs perfect but don't make ice ????What did I do to the Ice thickness probe ......O'ya first two times it dumps perfect cubes then short cycles I didn't have a probe on the truck but I figure something in that probe is sending it into harvest after the 6.00 demand run time .

You might have cleaner on the probes. Take them (water and thickness) and soak them in water. After the soak, place in sun to dry and blow them out with nitrogen.

I had the same problem on a late call. We normally watch 3 cycles of ice before leaving - It was 10pm so I only watched two. Same thing happened - It would make 2 batches and then start shooting craps. On the call back, we narrowed it down to a ground problem or the board was bad. The machine would go into harvest with the probe disconnected. The main ground was only bare wire hooked to a screw on the frame. We cleaned and secured all the ground connections. So far we haven't heard back.

I have noticed a lot of ground related problems on manis. Anytime I have intermittant problems on mani I look for ground issues.
