Amana HVAC Unit not working

My Amana HVAC unhit stopped working. The compressor and outside fan are not working but the blower fan is. Could it be the disconnect fused by the unit. My unit is a all in one roof top unit. Please help.

you should have a local hvac service company come out and look at it. There's no amount of explaining on here that could safely help you fix this.
