Waterfurnace fault code: air flow

I have waterfurnace premiere. It has a air flow fault kicking it off. I reset and the fan is starting up then the compressor. Then in ten seconds it kicks off with airflow fault. The intake filters are clean. This all occurred after a big storm with lightning if that's any possible correlation. Milkman help me
