In HSVTC catalogue of ARI, most of 13 SEER A-COIL with TDR or EEP (i.e. time delay device). Does the time delay device of indoor unit can control the draught fan in enthalpy difference lab?
If not, does it need a blower mounting inside the indoor unit?
