Marine Refrigeration System

I'm using a Adler Barbor cold machine 12 volt system on my boat and I'm getting some frost build-up on the suction line. The location on the lines between the ice box and condenser unit isn't particularly warm but ventilation isn't the best. My question is, am I looking at a slightly low charge or a temp/ventilation issue?

what the box temp??
wrap the lines so the lines wont "see" the moist air..
