Amana Air Handle ?

I got two quotes that I thought were "apples for apples" but I see the air handle numbers are different on the quotes. Both are for a Amana heat pump slit system. Which air handler is the better unit? Both would be connected to a 3.5 ton ASZ2140421

AEPF4260

2nd

MBE2000 + CAPF4860

The AE is a single piece air handler.
The MB is modular(blower plus add on coil).

Is one better then the other or are the same function just a different way to install?

Same functions.
One is easier to get in tight spaces compared to the other.
