Could any one tell us where to download MCL tool 5.4. of JCI. or can anyone tell us how he can transfer the MCL tool 5.4.

MCL tool is no longer used at Johnson. You can try and contact Johnson to get a copy, but I doubt they have any. They will try to sell you LN-Builder 3. It is the successor to MCT tool.
