Hi:
I own a Rheem 90 Plus Imperial gas furnace. When I reset to run the heat, the surface ignitor glows and it lightsup the fire but after a few seconds maybe 30 sec., a flame shoots out of an opening(meant for couple of wires to come out of it) and the fire goes out and it stops working. What could be the problem? Do I need a new furnace or simply replacing some parts will work?
