I found this on a roof in St. George, Utah. Why would this leak?

Is that liquid nails ,sealant. What happen to "P" trap and that curb looks homemade(kind of like jiffy-pop).

Hope you told them it all needed to be re-installed.And called a roofer.

Yeah, without a p-trap, the unit might leak condensate water down into the building. That is all that I would be worried about!!! lol
