Coleman 9.C blower/fan random cycling

Coleman 9.C furnace. Thermostat set to heat. Since it is spring the unit hasn't run in the last couple of weeks. Tonight the blower turns on. I checked the thermostat. Still in heat mode but no call for heat. Fan is set to AUTO. Cool air coming from the vents. I go downstairs and listen for awhile. The fan comes on goes off, on, off, on, off. Seems a bit odd so I switched off power to the unit. Just posting to ask if this is a known problem with Coleman/York units.

factory has no bulletin on this issue, time to call a tech.
a competent tech will check and test a few things with a meter and be able to remedy your situation.
