Tracer Summit upgrade question

I have version 15 on my home computer and version 14.2 on my laptop, I need version 16. Is the upgrade to 16 free ?

I have service pack 7 for version 16 but it wont install over version 15.

Is there a service pack from 15 to 16?

No, version 16 is not free. It was a couple years ago to try and get every system up to speed for better support but if you didn't upgrade at that time you missed the boat. You can by an upgrade copy of the software cheaper than a fresh copy though. Current version is 17.
