It is 67 now.

Still can't get the sign

Still trying to get the 167 sign

These @#$&* computers! What's so hard about alt+167?

John just hold down the alt key and press 167 or 0176 to make the degree sign.

Thanks for trying guys, but for some reason, it doesn't work on my computer. Looks like I'll just have to type "deg" to get the effect.

OK, it is one oif two things:

A) Most likely. You are using the numbers along the top of the keyboard, instead of the numbers pad.

B) You have "Num Lock" turned off.

or possibly, if you are goffier than I think you are, you are not holding down the alt key until you have pressed all the numbers.

I'm betting it's A
