When do you get the results from the lab?
with a biopsy it could be a few days (but not likely) or I've had some take up to 3 to 4 weeks.
:D:)Morning all actually made it to the Y today Slow and didn't get many laps in but but I did it. Man I hurt from it. Had a little blood after wards but no big deal.

Gotta Love em Jason! I just wish the game had been on TV. We had one game on at 1pm. Normally 2 or 3. But NOooooooo not this week! Had to watch what Vikes game. Then my Wifes team was on at 4pm.... (yeah they won! FINALLY!) Redskins finally made her day! There were 2 games on at 4 and of course Sunday night football. But I missed watching the Colts!

I'm ready for Christmas, too. We just had our Christmas Cantata over the weekend. Four months of work, and it was all good.
Next year, we return to Handel's Messiah, as we performed a year ago. We start that practice in June. In 2008, we started in APRIL!!!!!!

Lost a really good friend yesterday.....3 years ago he got his life all straightened out and got the respect of his wife, kids and his boss couldn't say enough 'good stuff' about him. Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer 2 months ago and he really wanted to make it to Christmas.....not for himself but so his children wouldn't feel bad at Christmas. He was the epitome of selflessness and grace right up to the end....
I am so humbled and so grateful......
Have a good day everyone and give your kids an extra hug ... for Frank.

RyanD's boss, Jeff took Serena and I up mtn biking to Makawao Forest yesterday and at 4PM and 85+ degF I got my gonads handed to be on the climb....yes by both Jeff and Serena....
I guess being that I'm in Maui in the sun with too much to eat and too hot to ride(play) I should just shut my &*^#@# mouth eh!!??

About 16" in my area.
23.2" in Philly.
Fortunately, one of our major service brokers for retail just gave most of philly to another company because we often need a second man, etc, and have lots of parking and traffic time problems there. Of course, by spring, they will realize how good they had it with us. The grass is always greener....
Over the course of the storm, I went out half a dozen times so the total snow load was broken up over 24 hours. Truck is driveable and so is my car, and church was canceled for the AM services, which is the first time I know of.
I was tempted a few weeks ago to buy a snow blower at Sears, but now the walk is clear and I am $600 richer by comparison....

Damn screwy late call...... about 7:30 got a call from Tennants! No answer from rental company for 2 hrs. About about 20 min after I get their call the rental company calls.... 3 level 5 system house... NO HEAT! No hot water. Finally after talking to my boss the rental co calls back and says boiler in that house. They use water coils for heat in the ahu used for ac. There are HPs wired for ac. anyways... LONG story short.... wasnt much water in the boiler. manually filled it and got them heat. Couldnt bleed the master bedroom properly though. Coil is above the bleeder. Also reset the HW heater.... got a 20 dollar tip!

Good morning, Bret and everyone, and Merry Christmas. He is come!
On a prayerful note, I recently asked you to remember my friend Julie. Her test results (colonoscopy, PET scan) indicate a metastasized cancer in her sigmoid colon, along with cancer in her liver. Because of the diverse locations, her doc (a guy who speaks at symposiums and such, so he is top notch) wants to start her on chemo immediately. She is a working RN who will have to take time off for this under the family medical leave act.
Also pray that this brings her into a closer relationship with God, and that she accepts His free gift of salvation.

Aloha everyone....can't get used to hearing jingle bells on the van radio while I'm frying my fat a$$ getting into from the 100 degF+ hot beach..
TB....met with my HP this morning and prayed for everyone suffering in and out of the rooms....we'll say a couple of good words for your friend... :)

On a prayerful note, I recently asked you to remember my friend Julie. Her test results (colonoscopy, PET scan) indicate a metastasized cancer in her sigmoid colon, along with cancer in her liver. Because of the diverse locations, her doc (a guy who speaks at symposiums and such, so he is top notch) wants to start her on chemo immediately. She is a working RN who will have to take time off for this under the family medical leave act.
Also pray that this brings her into a closer relationship with God, and that she accepts His free gift of salvation.

Good day after Christmas morning all!
I was up at 6 cause the Lab wanted to go out. (was pouring last night and she wouldnt go out with the min pin and min beagle) I am whooped.... I wound up separating a rib from the cartilage on wednesday working on a heat pump. While it didnt hurt much Wed and Thurs.... it was killin me Christmas day and this morning. I put on an old brace from when I did this some years ago. Took me long time to get comfy and find the right position to sleep in last night.
I should go back to bed..... no one else will be up for hrs.
Glad to see everyone made it through Christmas day. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend and get to spend lots of time with family and friends.
Bret.... glad your having a blast in Co and even more glad to hear Karen wont let you move back!!! Sounds like my wife on leaving here.... wont happen!

Sorry you didn't feel well yesterday, I felt like crap all day just stayed home and watched movies, I watched Marley and Me last night, when you mentioned your lab I pictured a Marley...lol...well I need to pack a few things I got to move today, at least I feel better because it's 25º and snowing, fortunately I only have 3 pickup loads. I'm thinking about buying an RV to live in so moving won't be such a pain.

LOl...... had to replace the drier and muffler and charge robber o a 4 ton Trane Heat Pump. Of course the drier and charge robber are on te outside of the coil but as you know the muffler is on the inside. Was standing on a stand about 3-4 feet tall with hardly any room around the hp... so also standing on the top of a ladder propped up against said stand. So I was leaning over to replace the muffler making the bottom braze joint..... and I heard/felt (not sure which) a pop on my left side where my ribs were leaning against the top of the coil and cabinet. Didnt bother me till yesterday... now I am sore as hell. Difficult to lay down to sleep.

G'night my friend FCS, You know I have no clue who you are or where you live, but you are a pillar of strength to me. Strength and optomism that cant be broken! I dont repy here much, but read every post. Buddy a lifelong friend [born on next block] has a son Tommy who had a sore mouth. Local docs said nbd. Mommy kissed him gnight Sat nite and he screamed in pain! She took him to Childrens Hosp in Denver and it looks like bone loss from cancer. Tommy is 5. I am crushed today, just stopped in my tracks. Can I lean on you a bit??? I am SO happy to see you have apps going out. God bless you FCS and every one facing this powerful foe tonite. Just so you know, I would give 100% of my profits to this couple to see that they can spend every moment possible with their beautiful son. He is the best friend of my 6 yr old son. What do I tell my boy? This shiat hits like lightnin dont it buddy?

A good Canncer support group is a God send. Let Tommy' and his family know that every cancer patient, victim , and surrivor is with them.

Spotts.... Like Bret has said many times as have we all..... Cancer sucks! But damn.... especially to one so young! I too will pray for him and his family and for your son to be able to deal with this. Kids can be stronger and smarter than we give them credit for.
My co worker who had a growth removed form his vocal cords 3 weeks ago got his biopsy back. Cancer.... but they got it all and early enough the doc says 90 percent success rate. DOnt want anything to happen to him..... great guy and he is the only other service tech we got! LOL

Spotts, so sorry to hear about Tommy. It is always so much harder when the victims are so young. Will say a prayer for Tommy, his family, and all that are being affected by his tragedy. What is his prognosis? Please keep us informed, and if we can help in any way, let us know.
