Honeywell excel15b

We use a Honeywell excel15b or w7760b to control the HVAC in one of our buildings but we are experiencing the following problem; about a few months ago this device started to fall behind in the time and eventually the date even when is configured to sync... with an internet site to keep the time, it has become a nightmare. please anyone with a sugestion?

There is a software patch for this very problem from Honeywell.
Check with the Honeywell Buildings Forum for procurement or a LCBS rep
