Why hire a HVAC contractor to move that condensing unit when its in the way of your new addition?

Even a simple H-O like me understand the bad things about this one. That means someone was really really stupid.

What is that - an old Duo Therm MH unit? They'll be replacing it soon anyway!
Reminds me of all the window shakers I see with the side intakes blocked :(

alas, it died a few years ago, we installed a new system to replace it, guess they didnt want to repair hole in wall.
I think they are using it for a table inside
thanks for fixing the posting, as you can tell I am a hall of shame rookie

The owner was probably only using half that coil anyway. Let's pray that condenser fan motor holds out.

this is the side of a cafe, evidently wanted to add on to the building and didnt want to pay a contractor to move it.
It died and we put a new system in in the back.

Jared,
Highway 75 South of Topeka, Kansas in the unincorperated town of Pauline.
Run into many interesting installations when City inspectors not involved.
Although, to give the original installation company credit,
The building was built onto after the unit was set.
