Old Tracer L' -P/S repairs or used -Sacramento area

I'm looking for used replacement or possibly a repair tech in the Sacramento area for p/s for a now unsupported Tracer L' panel, or perhaps purchase of the whole panel?
It's the smaller 2x3" card of the two 5vdc power supplies (BD# 34103100).
The panel is #DMTF00CAAB02100013 rev13.

If it's what I think you are talking about you need a LTC (line time clock)
if you look close you will see a burn't up resistor just replace it and you'll be back online if it hasn't lost the program yet.

You may be right about the card not being a p/s. A tech I showed the board to said the one multi pin chip (with a hole where the part number was) may be a timing part, but he wasn't interested in repairing without having a diagram.
