Take a look at these pics: The first one is from the front, This is a 3.0 ton heatpump Air-handler that had been installed in-place of a gas furnace by annother company a couple of years ago....

The second one is the main reason the customer's electric bill was over four times the normal ammount......

As you can see the old cooling coil was left in place in the ductwork...not attached to a condensing unit at all...it is filthy, and the gap you see in the ductwork was there when we arrived...there must have been two tons of air coming out of this gaping hole!!!!
How about the nice insulating job here on these returns!!!:)

This gas line isn't capped off...there is no high voltage disconnect.....the indoor coil on the heat-pump is filthy because a filter was never installed.....There was a total of 5 supply ducts lying on the ground, blowing into the crawler.....

The drain was never hooked up...had drained into the crawler all summer....What a huge mess!!!! It's gonna cost her a bundle to fix it...Have fun fellas!!:)
