NAE security database backup

I have a few NEAs all at rev 4.1 and SCT 4.1. When backing up the security database everything works fine and the status comes out as ok. However, when I go to tools/administrator in SCT, the user names do not show up. I can only see the original user names from the factory NAE. Am i missing something here? I am absolutely sure that I am performing a security backup and not a restore. I have also tried looking at the user names directly after backing up the security database, afer creating an SCT backup and after closing then opening the same SCT project.

You can only see them when you are using the SCT on the ADS. You can not see them on a offline SCT machine
