That's the full version that I couldn't find anywhere. I used to have a hard copy of it form about 30 years ago but I can't find that either. :(

We have a somewhat condensed 4 page pdf of that in the Educational Forums, so we'll add this to the collection!

This is likely the best overall explanation of how cap tubes work that ever was written.
