Hussman SN190 Frozen case

We ordered a couple of these for a customer and a "frost accumulator" was an option that we did not get and now they want it. We recieved it from Hussman but have no directions on how to mount it and can't get and answer from them either. Case is just a 6' self contained frozen bunker. Not sure if we are missing brackets to mount it or what? All we recieved was 4 pieces of stainless about 4 inches wide 2 of which are 6' long and the other
2' long. Any one put these on a case or get a new case with them on?

I found the owners manual online and it gives no info about the frost accumulator. The only info i got was " Aluminum Collar Which Accumulates Frost. Lifts Out for Defrost Without Moving Products. Protects Evaporator." from there website. I'll check with my parts manager monday see if he's ever ordered one.
