What are the best options for a HMI connected to a JACE? LON, BACnet, IP?
Who manufactures the best HMI to use with a JACE?

No programing from the HMI, just view and adjust setpoints, and schedules etc.
HMI that can display trend graphs would be nice, but graphing is not required, just simple pipe layout and easy user interface.

Username / passord protection a must.

Thanks in advance

The J-200 has a built-in web user interface, so why do you want a separate HMI?

If the Tridium interface isn't what you want, you could always try one of sysint's Lowtec solutions.

The customer just wants a simple touchscreen on the wall.. No computer, no keyboard, no mouse. Just pictures on the wall with live data. Color pictures are preferred.

Or you could use a simple touchscreen with really small PC (like asus eee b202), that you could hide somewhere. Configure Niagara in kiosk mode and it will do.

Actually, the LVIS would be a device on the network so response time is very quick. However, the LVIS has it's own AST (Alarm Schedule Trend) so if you aren't using I/O or don't have access to the JACE2 then maybe a really good option.

Otherwise, you can buy a touchscreen, small PC and our web server for about the same cost as that JACE. Now you can have some interesting display interaction if you want.
