Loading Alerton Viewport Displays...

I am not an Alerton Dealer (Don't want to be an Alerton Dealer) but one of my out of state friends called to inquire if I know how to load the displays.

Seems they had to change the battery in the Viewport and lost all. Any guidance would be appreciated...
