Wierd Service call of the Day......

Have you ever had one of these... I had this one come in on the pager

store manager asked if I can come in and check out the Dairy Cases(supermarket) because a truck hit the wall and moved the cases to knock product off the shelves!

just to boot it was a hit and run minus 2 fog lights aparently!!

the wall behind the cases has a HVAC return air duct pushed in to the frig lines, gonna be a nice repair to fix some dry wall, gotta move a nice 60+ foot line up!!

im thinking someone was practising there donut skills in the snow and lost traction and smoked the wall lmao either than that i have no idea ....mind you i have seen some wild truck drivers who shouldnt be behind the wheel

Once had a market call and say hurry the service meat and seafood case tipped over. I did not understand when he was talking about so i tool a 1 hour trip to check it out. Found older Hill cases all 32' had tipped forward smashing onto the floor. I guess the early curved glass cased were front heavy, then with the ice for the seafood it tipped. To this day i think about the 32' case on the front glass. Scared the hell out of the customer that reached for the package, all persons ok.

I just pumped them down and cut copper and disconnected electrical. Had to install all new cases.

first time back at that store since and not a thing has been done, as so i'm told, well it's only a month with a hole in the wall hahaha:D

I had a bar located next to a U-Haul center, long story short the Kids parking the trucks hit the wall behind the ice machine and launched a hoshazaki about 12' into the dance floor.
