There is Marsal and sons in Lindenhurst. They make prep-tables and such on site, they may be able to custom make whatever you like.

you can go to a number of vendors on the bowery (NYC) look for bari equipment, winn depot or grandview fabrication (chinese but by far the biggest) they can give you anything from prep tables to custom bain maries and have a pretty good warranty too. by the way winn depot will ship any of grandviews items anywhere in the lower 48 states.

I wonder if they are good as the company in Toronto who makes custom equipment for Chinese Buffets and love to run cap tubes with recievers!:D:p

We have ran into several custom make cooler / cold table. some of them appear way under size condensing unit. By the time we see it, system is dead we have no way of knowing if it ever ran correctly.
Does any one have a sizing chart; How many BTU per cubic foot ? Per door?, light use and heavy use...etc.
