Howard kept having these feelings that he had some how betrayed his profession and his patients. He kept hearing two disctint voices, each with it's own opinion.
The first voice reassured Howard that he was not the first doctor to have had sex with a patient, and he would not be the last.
The second voice kept reminding him that he was a veterinarian.
