These are some pictures of some machines the company I work for installed about a year ago. I was just there to log them and get oil samples... It's a pretty well kept mechanical room, though.

Well, we don't really get out to that place but once a month or so... I guess the facilities guys stay on top of things pretty well. As far as I know, these chillers have been pretty reliable aside from a problem with the shorting contactors.

It looks like Trane dosen't make it too easy to clean the evaporator tubes. Piping on both sides? Is this just on the smaller chillers they do this?

First, I'm not in the HVAC/R field, but I am curious: being a water-cooled chiller, does this system have a cooling tower located outside?

What kind of facility does this serve? Office building?

mechanical room looks kind of crowed must of been a fun install.
