Now Blagojevich is claiming the whole impeachment thing against him is a crusade to remove him from office so lawmakers can raise taxes.

Last time I checked in Illinois, Blago is a Dem, The Senate has a Dem majority (37-22), the House of Representative has a Dem majority (70-48) so who is it that's trying to oust him? That would be the Democrats. I believe they have a veto proof majority as well so, if they wanted to raise taxes wouldn't they just 'do it'? :confused:

AAhhhhh, so HE must be the, "lower taxes for all" guy...??...:confused:

I'm sure now that's why they're all out to "get him"....:D

I heard a sound bite of him wining that the crusade against him "to have me impeached un-constitutional". :)

Well, as much as I hate to say it...Blago is correct.
The process is being carried out with ALL material witnesses being those that will decide his fate.
Bottom line is that he's toast, regardless of his feeble whining.

If I were him, I'd be more worried about the Federal Case against him that offers up jail time for his crime.
As I said before to many negative responses....Blago is going to jail.

Isn't being a Democrat being above the law? Take Ted Kennedy for example; he should had served time for man slaughter.
