Interesting how (http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601070&sid=aUTaKrRYqbBY&refer=home)Barney Frank can blame "the Bush administration" for not doing this or not doing that, when Mr. Frank and co. are the fellows responsible for crafting legislation in the first place!
And since that is not news in itself, I'll point this out. Near the end of the linked article from bloomberg, Chris Dodd, A DEMOCRAT legislator, pooh-poohs Barney Frank's ideas in the interest of time.
Republicans don't even want to release the money in the second half, so it is merely political grandstanding to say " Bush this", or "Bush that".
The new POTUS is going to veto any efforts to block the release, if you can follow that.
But besides all that, the whole credit crunch is a hoax anyway (http://www.mises.org/story/3288).
