so the news gets on TV and say the Democrats passed a law, "equal pay for equal time", basically feeding into the big myth that women are paid less money than men for the same job...
the truth is, the law was already on the books,
what they did was change the Supreme Court ruling so these complaints don't have to be filed within 180 days.
...so now, 5 years from now (after they talk to some hot-shot lawyer) people can return to your company and say they were paid dicriminatory wages.
