New Madoff quandary: Some 'victims' do math and realize they profited from alleged scam

So, this raises the stakes on some of those involved as well as raising the question--who is a victim and who is an 'accomplice'? Should the profiteers be made to even up the victim field by not filing claims? Should only those that NEVER profited from his illegal activities be allowed to file claims?

Should only those souls who weren't showing their greed by investing in a too good to be true scheme be allowed to file? (maybe that's the real question)

so far only a few so called victims have come forward. with the returns Madoff was showing and the rule of 72, its obvious some victims doubled their original investment and might have tripled them. and I am not sure of the law, but if they do come forward they could be found gulity as well.

Perhaps you should tell that one to the families of the two known victims so far who have taken their lives after losing billions to Madoff. Good luck.:)

Its possible they were complicit in the scam, but now only time will tell
