Back up camera

I wanna get a back up camera for my E350.
Any idea about the best way to do it?Should I go to an auto electric shop or should I buy it from somewhere and do it myself?
What type would you rec.?

they sell kits that you can install yourself.. friend of mine has the camera that is molded into the lisence plate frame and his rear view mirror is replaced with one that has a lcd screen built into it..
